The minimum age for car rental

Rentexpert rent a car offers cars for rent to clients with the minimum age of 21 years and driving license owner of at least one year.If you don’t accomplish these conditions you can’t benefit of our rent a car service.

The payment for car rental

The prices for car rental are posted in euros, including VAT and insurance. Rentexpert rent a car receives the cash payment in advance, in RON, at the official rate of exchange of our national bank (BNR) in the day, payment is made, plus a commission of 2%.For Visa and Master Card we keep a fee of 2%and 4% for American Express. For car rental with Rentexpert rent a car the payment can’t be done on-line.

Rent a car prices don't include:

Fuel expenses; for car rental the car is delivered with filled fuel.tank. The client is responsible for his received fines for obeying the traffic rules using the car from Rentexpert rent a car.

Delivery and retrieving of the rented car

Rentexpert offers you car rental at the place, date and time established by client which will also be specified in the car rental contract, without supplementary costs, on the radius of Bucharest. To rent a car outside Bucharest it is asked for supplementary taxes depending on the selected place. The car is given to the client with the fuel tank filled and in very good working conditions, any minor defection being specified in the car rental contract.

At car rental, the client will return the car with the documents and the accessories at the place and the date written in the car rental contract. In the case of being late compared with the hour specified in the car rental contract, Rentexpert rent a car will ask the client a supplementary tax equal with half of the daily tariff specified in the rental contract.

When the rental duration expires, the car rental contract will become null, and Rentexpert rent a car will declare the car stolen at the police in case if the lateness is not announced.

The use of rented cars

The client will drive the car offered by Rentexpert rent a car respecting the law of traffic in Romania. The car will be driven only on national or European roads suitable marked as it appears in the renting contract. Rentexpert rent a car doesn't allow using rented cars on unmarked country roads or forest roads.

The client must keep with him at all times, the car papers and keys,also mentioned in the car rentals contract. The car won't be driven by other persons that aren’t mentioned in the car rental contract.

The client doesn't have the right to overload the car from Rentexpert rent a car or to use it for goods carriage.

The rented car won't be used for car racing or to trail another car or trailers as is said in the car rentals contract.

The client has the right to repair the car only in authorized auto garages and only with the permission of Rentexpert rent a car. The payment of the reparations will be refunded after the presentation of the bill released on the name of our company and the reparations list.

The client won't let the car opened with the keys in the ignition.

The client must use the rented car respecting the instructions that came from its producer.

Car rental insurance

All the vehicles offered for renting are insured for caused losses for all the period specified in the car rental contract. In the case of an accident the client is obliged to declare it at the police to find the defections and to obtain the Verbal Process of the establishment and authorization of the repairs. In case those documents are not obtained, according to the car rental contract, the client becomes responsible for the full costs of the repairs. The client has to declare the accident at police in any situations: guilty, innocent, accidents in the parking lot, losses with anonym author and so on. In case the client drives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, Casco insurance is no longer valid and conformable to the car rental contract, he will be obliged to pay the entire cost of the repairs and losses caused to Rentexpert rent a car.

Any litigation which appears in the execution of the present car rental contract is supposed to the competent instances of Bucharest’s jurisdiction. The sides agree that the present contract constitutes the EXECUTORY TITLE for cashing the remaining sum of money following to proceed to forced execution without summons.
